Author: Lauren Bailey
Date: November 2016
Organization: Hill Communications

I worked on the “Safer Sex Express” account as an account manager at Hill Communications. The client, a student sexual health initiative organized by Syracuse University Health Services, utilized my team’s help to launch its services. In order to track customer satisfaction after the initial launch, I created a post-implementation customer satisfaction survey. This later helped us to develop initiatives and change our marketing tactics in order to drive success for the client.

Author: Lauren Bailey
Date: May 2016
Course: Women in Spain

It also is a topic that I am passionate about as a communications professional.
